Christmas in Greenwich sees the peninsula turn into a festive wonderland with a 10-metre tree at its heart, There’s a children’s carousel ride, street food stalls selling everything from Bratwurst to cups of steaming mulled wine, and an arty market stocked with plenty of goodies that’ll make great last-minute gifts.
One of my favourite parts of the experience was that, when you come in, you’re welcomed upstairs for a drink and you have the first few snacks in this beautiful room and then they take you downstairs for dinner where, honestly, any table is great.
The launch of the Guangzhou route is the first of two new services Air Serbia intends to open to mainland China over the coming months, with operations to Shanghai Pudong International Airport tentatively scheduled to start in April 2025.
